Yes. Each ticket covers one day of play, and you can order as many days as you like — many fans attend several rounds to follow the tournament from the early days to the final. The women's WTA 1000 week runs February 14–20 and the men's ATP 500 week February 22–27, so one visit can cover both draws. The 2027 edition runs from February 14 to February 27, 2027 at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium. The WTA 1000 women's tournament is played on February 14–20, with the final on Saturday, February 20; the ATP 500 men's tournament follows on February 22–27, with the final on Saturday, February 27. Qualifying is played in the days before each main draw, and each ticket covers one day of play.

In previous editions each day had a day session and an evening session: the women's week started at 11:00 and 19:00, the men's week at 14:00 and 19:00, semi-finals at 13:30 and 19:00, and the finals days opened with the doubles final at 16:30 followed by the singles final at 19:00 (local time, GMT+4). The organiser confirms the 2027 order of play closer to the event, and times may change with match duration.

The ATP 500 and WTA 1000 status attracts the world's top-ranked players — in 2026 every player in the WTA top 10 took part. Entry lists for 2027 are published by the tours in the weeks before the tournament. Past champions include Roger Federer (eight titles), Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev, Jessica Pegula, Mirra Andreeva and Jasmine Paolini.

Match duration varies. Early-round matches usually last one to two hours, while a three-set final can run to around three hours, with the trophy ceremony following on court. Both draws play best-of-three-set matches. A day session usually holds several matches back to back, and in previous editions the evening session started at 19:00. We recommend arriving early and allowing for matches to run longer than scheduled.

The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium is at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre in Al Garhoud, between Dubai International Airport and Dubai Creek — about ten minutes by car from the airport and twenty minutes from Downtown Dubai. Prime A seats sit courtside, closest to the action. Prime B offers excellent angles from the lower level sides. Grandstand Lower gives elevated sightlines while staying close to the court, and Grandstand Upper opens a panoramic view of the whole stadium. In previous editions the Prime categories were numbered seats, while Grandstand Upper was unreserved seating.

The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium is an open-air venue: the 5,000-seat Centre Court has only partial shade from the roof structure. February weather in Dubai is usually pleasant, with average highs around 25°C and lows around 15°C, and rain is rare. Day sessions can feel hot in the sun, so sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are recommended; evening sessions under the floodlights are pleasantly cool, so bring a light jacket.

Accessible seating is available at the stadium, and accessible restrooms are located on every level. First-aid stations staffed by trained personnel are near the main entrances, and the venue is compact and easy to navigate. If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. In most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. The exact method depends on the ticketing platform used for delivery — some support direct in-app transfers, while others need coordination through our support team. If a transfer option is not obvious, email support@dubaitennistickets.com with your order number and we will walk you through the available steps.

All sales are final, so orders cannot generally be cancelled once payment is complete, because tickets are reserved or purchased for your specific order as soon as you pay. Cancellation requests are reviewed only case by case. If you need to raise one, contact support@dubaitennistickets.com as early as possible with your order details, and we will tell you upfront what is possible.

By metro: take the Green Line to GGICO station, around ten minutes on foot from the stadium. By taxi or ride-hailing: Uber, Careem and taxis drop off at the venue entrance. By car: on-site parking is limited, so arrive early on finals days. The stadium is about ten minutes from Dubai International Airport and twenty minutes from Downtown Dubai.

Doors usually open one to two hours before the advertised start time; the exact time is confirmed by the organiser and shown on your ticket. Present your mobile ticket at the gate directly from your phone with the screen brightness turned up. Arriving at least 60 minutes early leaves room to clear security and reach your place.

There is no strict dress code for regular seating — smart casual is recommended, with comfortable walking shoes. Hospitality areas expect business casual. For a day session bring a hat or cap and sunglasses, and for the evening a light jacket, as it cools down once the sun sets. Dubai is a cosmopolitan city, but modest dress is appreciated in public areas.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Restaurants, cafés and bars are spread around the courts, from quick refreshment stands to premium dining, and the Tennis Village between the courts fills up in the breaks between matches. ATMs are available on site and most vendors accept cards and Apple Pay. Sealed water bottles under 500 ml may be allowed — the organiser's entry rules apply on the day.

Venues generally prohibit weapons, alcohol and food brought from outside, oversized bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, recording equipment, laser pointers and any pyrotechnics. Security screening is carried out at every entrance, so travelling light speeds up entry.
